Our Story

We talk about the time of year when the farm moves from ‘flat’ to ‘vertical’. When flat fields of winter cover crop slowly transform to green vines crawling up tall trellises, kale plants sending budding shoots out in every direction, reaching past my shoulders, and once tiny squash seedlings become an ocean, raising the land higher each day.
